Vegetable Nachos
Serves 2

     Place the tortilla chips on a 12 inch round pizza pie plate.
     Stack the chips in a pyramid like form. Sprinkle the cheese
     over the tortilla chips. Add the onion, tomatoes, olives and
     jalapeno peppers and spread evenly over the chips. Bake in
     a preheated 350 F oven for 10 minutes. Top with lowfat sour
     cream, Trim Salsa or Fresh Guacamole. Serve hot.
