Guacamole
Makes 1 cup

1 California avocado
-
6 Tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

¼ Cup onion, coarsely
chopped

1 Clove garlic
-
Salt
Peel the avocado
and remove the pit. Place the
avocado in a
food processor. Add the onion, garlic,
salt, mayonnaise
and lemon juice. Process
until the guacamole
is smooth with
no lumps. Chill
and serve.
