1. Heat
a skillet and add the ground sirloin. Sauté until brown and the
juices
are rendered. Push the beef aside and add the ¾ cup chopped onion
and garlic. Sauté until softened. Mix with the beef.
2. Add
the jalapeno peppers, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt and black
pepper. Stir to blend well.
3. Heat
the tortillas without burning them. Evenly divide the beef onto each tortilla.
Divide the tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cheese, green bell pepper and sour
cream evenly among the tortillas.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly and serve
with Guacamoleguacamole
