Shrimp Kabobs
Serves 2
     1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse under cold water, drain and
         set aside in the refrigerator.
     2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic,
         parsley, paprika, black pepper, dry mustard powder, jalapeno
         peppers and cayenne pepper. Stir to blend well.
     3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and gently toss to coat the
         shrimp. Cover and refrigerate over night or at least 4 hours.
     4. Alternate threading the shrimp, onion and red bell pepper on
         skewers. Grill or broil 5 -10 minutes or until the shrimp turn
         pink and curl.
