1. In
a large plastic bag, add the flour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder
and red pepper flakes. Close the bag and gently shake to mix the
ingredients. Open the bag and add the fish (one fillet at a time).
Close the bag and shake to coat the fish. Remove and set aside.
2. In a large heavy nonstick skillet,
add enough oil to thinly coat the bottom.
Heat the oil until it gets very hot. Add the fish fillets. Brown the fillets
on
high heat until golden on each side. Drain on paper towels.
3. Serve
and garnish each fillet with the minced jalapeno peppers.
