Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces. Brown
the spare ribs in a sauté
pan on all sides. Remove to a platter. Next, brown the sausages on all
sides.
2. After
2 hours of simmering the tomato sauce, add the spare ribs and
sausages. Return the sauce to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring
gently.
3. Add
the meatballs and return to a boil. Simmer for another 30 minutes or
until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
