1. Combine
the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, horse radish, sugar, chili
powder and jalapeno peppers in a bowl. Stir to blend well.
2. Cut
the steak into 1 inch cubes and place in a shallow dish. Pour
the marinade over the steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator
over night or at least 2 hours.
3. Skewer
the beef with alternating tomato, onion and green bell pepper.
Grill or broil for 20 minutes, turning periodically on all sides.
