1. Place
the pork chops in a shallow baking dish and pierce them with
a fork several times on each side. Set aside.
2. In
a bowl, add the olive oil, red wine and Balsamic vinegar. Stir to
blend well. Add the garlic, onion, rosemary, mustard, salt and
black pepper. Stir to blend.
3. Pour
the marinade over the pork chops. Cover and marinate in the
refrigerator over night or at least 4 hours.
4. Grill
or broil 15 - 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
