1. Cook the string beans until they just turn tender. Set aside.
2. In
a medium skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and quickly
sauté without browning the garlic. Add the tomatoes and sauté
until the tomatoes collapse and all the liquid is removed.
3. Add
the cooked string beans and the cheese to the skillet. Toss
and heat through. Season with salt and black pepper.
