Shrimp Fettucini
Serves 2
     1. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Add the fettucini and stir.
         Return the pot to a boil and continue to stir for 3 minutes. Cook
         until tender (12-15 minutes).
     2. Crush the garlic and mash together with the salt. Continue until
         you have a paste (you can use a food processor). Add the basil
         and black pepper. Stir to blend.
     3. Heat the oil in a sauté pan. Add the shrimp and sauté until the
         shrimp just turn pink. Add the garlic paste, basil and lemon juice
         and sauté until shrimp curl (10 - 15 minutes).
     4. Drain the fettucini and return it to the pot. Add the shrimp and
         garlic paste to the fettucini. Toss to coat evenly. Serve and top
         with grating cheese and black pepper.
