1 lb 5 Ounces ripe
2 Ounces onion
green bell pepper
2 Tablespoons fresh
1 Tablespoon vinegar
6 Ounces tomato
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Teaspoon sugar
the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice fine.
Core the green bell pepper and dice fine. Mince the onion,
jalapeno pepper and cilantro.
2. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl
and stir to blend well.
Place in a container fitted with a lid and refrigerate for a
few hours until the flavors blend.
