1. Place the olive oil, soy sauce, tomato
sauce, onion, garlic,
green bell pepper, chili
powder, sugar, paprika, salt and
black pepper in a blender. Blend for a
few minutes until
smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender and blend
again.
2. Place the spare ribs in a shallow dish
and cover with the
sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
Marinate for at least 4
hours to over night. Turn the meat occasionally.
3. Grill
over hot coals for 1 hour, basting until done.
