2 Tablespoons olive
oil

6 Tablespoons soy
sauce

3 Cloves garlic

1 Teaspoon fresh
ginger, grated

¼ Teaspoon
sugar
Using
a garlic press or the flat edge of a knife, crush the
garlic into a container fitted with a lid. Add the olive oil, soy
sauce and ginger. Cover and shake to blend well. Pour over
your favorite pork and marinate in the refrigerator for 4
hours to over night
