EZ Pie Crust/Pastry Shell
 Makes 1 shell
     1. In a bowl, add the flour and the butter. Cut in the butter  until coarse pieces
         the size of peas form.
     2. Add the water, a little at a time, and mix with a fork. Mix until the flour is held
         together and forms dough.
     3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 12 x12 inch  circle. Fold the
         dough in half and place it in a 9 inch pie pan. Unfold and fit it in the pie
         pan without stretching it.
     4. Trim the edges with scissors so the pastry extends ¼ inch beyond the
         edge of the pan. Fill with your favorite filling.
