Juicy Meatloaf
 
 
Serves 4

 

 

 

     1. Tear the white bread into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the milk.
         Let the bread soak up  the milk. Set aside.
 
     2. In a large bowl add the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, black
         pepper, sage, mustard, soy sauce, cheese, bread and egg. Mix thoroughly
         with your hands. If the meat is too moist, add some bread crumbs.
 
     3. Shape the meat into a loaf. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake
         in a preheated 375ºF oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
