Tomato Salad
Serves 2

1 Large ripe tomatoes

1 Cloves garlic,
minced

1 Tablespoon olive
oil
-
5 Fresh basil leaves,
chopped
-
¼ Teaspoon
salt
Cut the tomatoes
in half and slice them as thin as possible.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Marinade
in the refrigerator at least for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
