1. Bring
the chicken broth and water to a boil in a saucepan. Add
the okra, potatoes, corn kernels, tomatoes, onion, basil, thyme,
cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
2. Return
to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add
the orzo and stir. Return to a boil and simmer covered for
15 minutes or until the orzo is tender.
