¾ Cup long
grain basmati rice
2 Tablespoons wild
1 Teaspoon Jamaican
Hot Pepper Sauce
2 Cups water
Grated Romano cheese
1. Bring the water to a rapid boil
in a saucepan. Add the wild rice,
basmati rice, turmeric, garlic powder, hot peppers and salt. Stir
once and return to a boil.
2. Cover with a tight fitting lid and
reduce the heat. Simmer for
20 minutes or until tender.
3. Serve and top with the grated Romano
