hot red pepper sauce
2 Cloves garlic,
1 Tablespoon olive
1 Teaspoon fresh
jalapeno peppers, chopped
4 Tablespoons soy
8 Ounces top round
steak, 1 inch thick
dry thyme, crushed
a container fitted with a lid, combine the olive oil, soy sauce,
hot red pepper sauce, garlic, jalapeno peppers, black pepper
and thyme. Stir to blend well.
the steak to the marinade and turn to coat all sides with the
marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator over night or at
least 4 hours. Rotate the steak while marinating.
or broil until desired tenderness.
