Soy Shrimp
 
 
Serves 2
 
   
 
 
 
 
 
     1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and soy sauce. Add the garlic, jalapeno
         pepper, ginger, sugar and dry mustard powder. Stir to mix
         together.
 
     2. Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse, drain and place the shrimp
         in a shallow bowl. Pour the marinade over the shrimp. Cover
         and marinate in the refrigerator over nigh tor for at least 4
         hours. Stir the shrimp while marinating.
 
     3. Thread the shrimp on skewers. Grill or broil until the shrimp curl
         and turn pink (15 minutes), basting until done.
