1. Place
the pork chops in a shallow dish and pierce with a
fork on both sides. Set
aside in the refrigerator.
2. In
a bowl, add the olive oil and soy sauce. Stir to blend well.
Add the garlic, ginger, sugar
and mustard. Stir until all the
ingredients are well blended.
3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops.
Cover. Marinade
in the refrigerator over night
or for at least 4 hours.
4. Grill
or broil until the juices run clear (30 - 45 minutes).
