1. Wash the
chicken and pat dry on paper towel. Place in a
large shallow dish.
2. Combine
the olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, rosemary,
soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a container with a
lid; cover. Shake to mix well.
3. Place
the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour the mixture
over the chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours
or over night.
4. Grill
the chicken 6 inches above the hot coals for 35 to 40
minutes or until the juices run clear, basting and turning the
chicken frequently.
