Serves 4 - 6
2 Cups okra, sliced
1 Cup potatoes,
1 Cup corn kernels
5 Cups chicken broth
2 Cups water
½ Cup onion,
2 Tablespoons fresh
Italian parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh
2 Roma tomatoes,
¼ Cup orzo
Salt and freshly ground
Grated Romano cheese
the chicken broth and water to a boil in a saucepan. Add
the okra, potatoes, corn kernels, tomatoes, onion, basil, thyme,
cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

15 minutes or until the orzo is tender.
