1 Chicken breast,
halved and skinned
2 Tablespoons olive
¼ Cup lemon
1 Teaspoon dry rosemary
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash the chicken and pat dry on paper towel. Place
in a large
the olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, rosemary, soy
sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a container with a lid; cover.
Shake to mix well.

the chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or over
the chicken 6 inches above the hot coals for 35 - 45 minutes
or until the juices run clear, basting and turning the chicken frequently.
