1. Place
the pork chops in a large shallow dish. Pierce each chop
with a fork several times. Turn over the pork chops and repeat.
2. In
a container with a lid, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic,
ginger and lemon juice; cover. Shake to mix well.
3. Pour
the marinade over the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate
over night.
4. Grill
or broil the pork chops for 20 minutes or until the juices run
clear.
