Fiery Chicken Breasts

    1. Squeeze all the juice from the limes and place in a bowl. Add the oil and mix.
         Next add the garlic powder, jalapeno pepper, red pepper flakes, cilantro,
         basil, salt, black pepper and brown mustard. Stir until blended. Set aside.
 
     2. Wash the breasts under cold water and pat dry. Place the  chicken in a baking
         dish and pour marinade over the  breasts. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least
         4 hours or over night. Turn breasts while marinating.
 
     3. Grill 6 inches above hot coals, turning frequently, or bake in a preheated 375 F
         oven. Cook for 35-45 minutes or until the juices run clear, basting frequently.
