Serves 4
 
   
 
 
 
 
     1. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pierce each steak with a fork
          on both sides.
 
     2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, onion flakes, sugar and
         turmeric. Stir to blend well.
         
 
     3. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and marinate in the
         refrigerator for 4 hours (turn the steaks after 2 hours).
 
    4. Grill over hot coals until desired tenderness.
