Creamy Pasta
 
 
Serves 2
 
   
 
 
 
 
 
     1. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Add the pasta and stir.
         Cook the pasta for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness.
 
     2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan.
 
     3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the tomato sauce to
         the pasta and toss to coat the pasta. Add the Ricotta cheese and
         stir until blended.
 
     4. Serve and top with your favorite grating cheese. Garnish  with
         chopped fresh basil.
