2 Flounder fillets or
sole (8 ounces)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ Fresh jalapeno
2 Sprigs fresh parsley,
1 Onion, sliced into rings
a bowl combine the oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley,
jalapeno pepper and salt. Set aside.
the sliced onion rings in a shallow baking dish.
Lay the fish fillets on top of the onion rings. Evenly
spread the spiced sauce on each fillet.
4 inches from the flame for 5 - 10 minutes or
until the fillets flake.
