Broiling Hot Fillets
 
 
Serves 2

 

 

 

 
     1. In a bowl combine the oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley,
         jalapeno pepper and salt. Set aside.

     2. Place the sliced onion rings in a shallow baking dish.
         Lay the fish fillets on top of the onion rings. Evenly
         spread the spiced sauce on each fillet.

     3. Broil 4 inches from the flame for 5 - 10 minutes or
         until the fillets flake.
